Although it may not feel like it, spring is right around the corner and we are counting down the days to warmer weather, more sunshine and those first spring vegetables popping up. in addition to gearing up for our spring menu update, we also have some fun events on the calendar. we are excited to have a front row seat to the annual river dying on 3/16.

The Wells Street Market will be open and so will we! serving our breakfast sandwich, avocado toast and chili w/cornbread from 7am - 2pm.

3/13 -3/22, we are running a special on our breakfast bowls via Ritual and will be offering them through their ordering platform for only $1. guests can download the Ritual app through www.foodbyfare.com

3/20 is wine night with sommelier Alan Beasey. fun and flavorful FARE bites will be paired alongside some funky, bottle fermented natural wines. we're hoping to pack the house, so be sure to share with all your food/wine loving friends. you can purchase tickets in the link below.

the more you know : closed loop farms

Located at The Plant ( a collaborative non-profit  community of food businesses in Chicago's Back of the Yards ) Closed Loop Farms is an urban farm growing micro greens, herbs, and edible flowers for chefs throughout the city. We use a beautiful mix of their micro greens to top our avocado toast (pictured above) and our breakfast egg bowls. we love using a company so passionate about what they are growing right here in the city.
